OliveFit provides gentle exercise routines designed to help people with or without a chronic condition. Our workouts are broken into five segments: warm-up, standing/strength, balance, core/stretching and restoration. These sections work on improving strength, balance and flexibility. So often, people are afraid that exercise will exacerbate a condition. OliveFit routines are gentle, challenging, and interesting. You'll be motivated to improve your health, wellness and peace of mind. Our routines can be done in a chair, or using a sticky mat on the floor.
Depending on your skill and comfort level we've provided two options to kick off
your OliveFit workouts. It's perfect for beginners but variations are given to
challenge exercise veterans. You can do the routine in a chair (make sure it
has a flat seat and is sturdy so it won't move on you) or on a sticky mat on
the floor. On the DVD we cover basic moves that work all major muscle groups
to strengthen and stretch them as well as moves to work on improving your
balance.
